加州65新標(biāo)要求8月30日正式實(shí)施！

如果您是產(chǎn)品制造商，產(chǎn)品可能會(huì)在美國(guó)加州上市，請(qǐng)留意2018年8月30日生效的新警告標(biāo)簽要求。加州65法案要求采用新的警告標(biāo)簽，必須明確列出產(chǎn)品中存在的一種或多種化學(xué)品。

新規(guī)核心內(nèi)容

新“警告標(biāo)識(shí)”的加貼方式和內(nèi)容可以在加州65法規(guī)“Article 6Clear and Reasonable Warnings”中找到，對(duì)于消費(fèi)品來(lái)說(shuō)，加貼方式有四種可供選擇：

1.在每個(gè)產(chǎn)品展示、擺放地點(diǎn)的指示標(biāo)簽或者貨架標(biāo)簽上標(biāo)識(shí)；

2.通過(guò)電子裝置自動(dòng)顯示給購(gòu)買者；

3.在產(chǎn)品或者包裝上加貼帶有“WARNING”標(biāo)識(shí)的警告標(biāo)識(shí)

4.“on-product”短標(biāo)簽：可以在產(chǎn)品上加貼簡(jiǎn)短的“WARNING”標(biāo)識(shí)的警告標(biāo)示，簡(jiǎn)短警告字體不能比在產(chǎn)品上用于顯示其他“客戶信息”的最大字體小，且在任何情況下不能小于6磅。

以下是新警告標(biāo)簽的示例，必須將其放置在產(chǎn)品的外部包裝上。目的是在暴露于所列化學(xué)品之前警告消費(fèi)者。

新警示標(biāo)語(yǔ)要求

Warning Symbol:

警示三角圖標(biāo)

A symbol consisting of a black exclamation point in a yellow equilateral triangle with a bold black outline. The symbol shall be placed to the left of the text of the warning, in a size no smaller than the height of the word “WARNING”. The word “WARNING” in all capital letters and bold print .

符號(hào)：黃色等邊三角形+黑色感嘆號(hào)+粗黑色邊框。

符號(hào)放在WARNING字左邊，高度不得低于它， “WARNING” 大寫加粗。

Where the sign, label or shelf tag for the product is not printed using the color yellow, the symbol may be printed in black and white.

當(dāng)沒(méi)有使用到黃色印刷時(shí)，可以使用黑白警告圖標(biāo)。

• “ This product contains” change to “This product can expose you to”. 描述變化。

• The warning label must contain at least one chemical name, If chemicals A and B are present, then label must contain A or B, or both. 至少含有一種化學(xué)物質(zhì)。

• OEHHA website URL: www.P65Warnings.ca.gov. 必須有該連接，消費(fèi)者獲取更多信息。

• Short-form warning: The entire warning must be in a type size no smaller than the largest type size used for other consumer information on the product. In no case shall the warning appear in a type size smaller than 6-point type.

簡(jiǎn)短格式警示字體不得小于其他產(chǎn)品信息的最大字體，且不能小于 6號(hào)字體。
